About MyDost

MyDost connects travelers with local people across Northeast India, Nepal, Bhutan and Southeast Asia — either to hire a paid guide, driver, homestay host, trek porter, food/culture host or photographer, or to simply hang out with a Local Friend for a small fee. MyDost itself never guides anyone. We only connect travelers with verified locals, run hangout meetups safely, and hold payment for bookings until the service is done. Every photo and video on MyDost is captured live, in the app, by a real person — there's no gallery uploads and no AI-generated content anywhere. What you see is what's really there.
